Our group coaching is a unique and practical alternative to traditional counselling or therapy — helping you overcome social anxiety and build authentic confidence in real time, together with others, while forming lasting connections.
Available in person in Oxford and London, and online, each group runs for 6 weeks with 2 hour weekly sessions and an optional WhatsApp chat to stay connected between meetings.
