Terms & Conditions

The coaching schedule will be arranged between the Coach and the client and can be booked according to availability. For one to one sessions, The Antidote will recommend the frequency of coaching sessions based on a professional assessment of the client’s requirements. This recommendation, or plan, is not binding and may be altered and adjusted throughout the coaching journey by mutual agreement, in accordance with the terms set out in this agreement. For group sessions, The Antidote offers a 6 week plan with 2 hour sessions per week.

Where no specific number is agreed sessions will be provided on a session by session basis.

The client agrees to pay fees for the service on the terms and conditions set out below (in situations where a third party pays the fees, the third party counts as an agent acting on behalf of the client).

The date that the first coaching session takes place shall be deemed to be the start date for the service. Where any client is unhappy with any of the terms and conditions they can contact The Antidote to discuss any concerns and see if they can be resolved before the first coaching session. Sessions are either in person at X or by phone either via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime audio, WhatsApp audio or by telephone direct. In all cases the client is responsible for meeting the coach. The coach is open to other formats by mutual agreement. The coach is responsible for ensuring that they are available for consultation at agreed times.

The length of each session is agreed by the client at the time of booking on the appointment booking platform and paid for accordingly at the time of booking. Sessions may over-run by mutual agreement and paid for retrospectively, but only if the Coach has no commitments immediately following the session.

For our group sessions, the length of each session is agreed by the client at the time of booking. We also try our best to tailor them to include people of around the same ages, however we cannot guarantee this.

Session Fees

The Antidote’s current fees are stipulated on the website and made clear at the time of booking. The Antidote reserves the right to change these from time to time. The Client will pay the Coach the Fee together with any applicable Value Added Tax (“VAT”) and any applicable taxes, charges, currency conversion or transfer fees that apply, in advance of a Coaching Session.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

We warmly welcome individuals with mild autism, social communication challenges, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. Our venues are wheelchair accessible, and our sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and gently structured to help everyone feel safe and involved.

We do ask that participants are able to take part in group conversations, follow simple instructions, and engage independently without the need for one-to-one or mobility support during the session. If you have a physical disability, you’ll need to be able to manage your own movement around the venue, including during group activities.

If you're unsure whether this programme is the right fit, feel free to get in touch — we're happy to talk it through and guide you toward the best support for your needs.

Confidentiality

Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, save where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.

Sessions will be recorded if the client or clients provide explicit permission. The sessions are recorded if possible to allow coaches to analyze their performance, identify areas for improvement in their coaching style and techniques, and track their progress. Clients can review recordings to reinforce their understanding of the session's content, reflect on their progress, and revisit key insights and action plans.  Recordings provide a record of the coaching journey, enabling coaches and clients to track progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas where adjustments may be needed. In cases of potential disputes or claims, recordings can serve as an objective record of the session, clarifying what was discussed and agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

The Parties will retain any intellectual property created by them unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing in this Coaching Agreement will grant ownership to either Party’s intellectual property.

If any recordings (video, audio, or otherwise) are made by the Client and/or Coach of a Coaching Session or initial consultation (whether covert or overt), the Coach will become the sole owner of all and any intellectual property rights and moral rights of such recordings and the Client will irrevocably transfer any and all such rights to the Coach immediately and the Client will not release, publish, share, copy, transfer, upload or broadcast such recordings to any third party without prior express written permission from the Coach. If this is breached by the Client, the Client will indemnify the Coach for any damage or loss to the Coach’s reputation or goodwill, and any subsequent damages caused by or related to such breach.

As Coaching Sessions are private and confidential, if any recordings (video, audio, or otherwise) are made by the Client of a Coaching Session or initial consultation without prior express written permission from the Coach, this will be deemed to be an act of bad faith, and as such, the Client will forefit the right to use any remaining Session Allowance and the Coach may terminate the relationship in accordance with the section in these terms and conditions headed “Rearranging or Cancelling Sessions”.

Variation of Terms & Conditions
